Erin Lunsford Dugan

Executive Assistant

Erin Lunsford Dugan is the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at the Association for Accessible Medicines. She is responsible for providing full-scope executive level support and managing all administrative matters related to the Board in coordination with the AAM Leadership Team and the Board of Director Officers.

Erin comes to AAM with 10 years of experience in government affairs at the state and federal level. She was a Scheduler for Senator Sinema (D-AZ) for 3 years. Erin also served as a Special Assistant and Policy Advisor for 3 years at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Legislation. She managed the planning, cross-team communication, and event logistics for the HHS Secretary which led to the engagement/visits of over 50 districts.

She holds dual B.A.s from Arizona State University and a Masters of Global Affairs and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, now a part of Arizona State.
