Facebook: Right-click the desired image and 'Save As'. Then select and copy the desired share text from the column to the right and click on either of the Facebook share links. This will take you to Facebook's sharing portal where you will be able to paste the previously copied text and upload the image saved in the first step.
LinkedIn: Select and copy the text that you would like to share from the column to the right. Then click the link below your desired banner, paste your text into the box that says 'Share an Update' , and hit 'Share'.
Twitter: Just click the link below the banner you would like to share and Twitter will take care of the rest. If you would like to change the provided language in favor of something provided in the column to the right, please feel free to do so.
