Vikesh joined Strides in 2009 and has been instrumental in building and leading the global Business Finance function, transforming it into the nerve center of the organization. Under his leadership, high-performance finance teams across regions have consistently delivered financial resilience, operational excellence, and strategic decision support to the business.

In 2024, Vikesh was recognized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with the prestigious Leading CFO award for ‘Excellence in Turnaround’, acknowledging his partnership with business and functional leaders in successfully executing the company’s transformation and growth initiatives.

Vikesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and has completed the executive Global C Suite Program from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
