Pamela has built a career driving operational excellence and financial stewardship in the generic and OTC medicines sector. Prior to leading Padagis she spent over 15 years with Perrigo Company and Stryker in various leadership roles. Her expertise includes financial management, process improvement, and compliance, all aimed at enabling organizations to deliver cost-effective healthcare solutions.

Pamela holds a BBA in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
