Stephen Manzano is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Steve is responsible for leading Amneal’s global legal, Intellectual Property (IP) and corporate compliance functions. He brings more than 25 years of experience to this position.
Prior to his service at Amneal, Steve was a member of the senior executive team at Sun Pharma, previously Taro Pharmaceuticals, Partner at Kennedy Covington (now known as K&L), Senior Associate at McGuireWoods LLP and Associate at Dewey Ballentine.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Political Science from James Madison University and a Doctor of Law from Tulane University Law School.
